1. This agreement constitutes a contract for photography between Sharon's Studio of Gloucester and the Client below, it shall not become effective until it is signed and the initial deposit amount of $600 due has been paid.
2. At the time the contract takes effect, Sharon's Studio of Gloucester shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for the said date and time. For this reason, in the event that the client cancels the contract for any reason, all of the monies paid shall be retained by Sharon's Studio of Gloucester in order to offset time spent and the loss of business.
3. Although all care will be taken, in the event of malfunctions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Sharon's Studio of Gloucester is not liable in the event that the digital images are lost through camera malfunctions, computer malfunctions, stolen or otherwise damaged or lost without fault of Sharon's Studio of Gloucester.
4. It is understood that a copy of all the digital files will remain in the property of Sharon's Studio of Gloucester and may be used for photographic competition, display, social media and/or advertising.
5. The fee for services must be paid in full one week prior to your event date.
6. Signature of the agreement reflects the understanding and agreement with provisions stated in items one through five.
